Members are required to abide by the industrys' only Code of Practice, offering consumers peace of mind and additional protection. Chameleon Cleaning are members of the Government Endorsed consumer protection scheme TrustMark. Glyn has assisted the NCCA and TrustMark to set the standards required for Carpet and Upholstery cleaners to become members of this prestigious consumer protection initiative. This is the equivalent to a "gas-safe" style registration for carpet cleaners, ensuring they comply with Industry and Government Endorsed Standards, so that you, the consumer, can be confident you have chosen the best trained, most reliable and ethical carpet and upholstery cleaners possible.
The Woolsafe Organisation
Woolsafe train cleaners in the care of wool carpets, as well as testing and approving products and cleaning methods for use on wool carpets and rugs. They also train carpet inspectors in the investigation of problems such as faults, damage and cleaning related issues. Leather Training and Technical Ltd (LTT) are the country's foremost trainers in leather cleaning repairs and restoration. Glyn is an Approved LTT Technician (Number 08092).

Norfolk County Council run a Trusted Trader scheme. Accredited firms have been checked and approved and you can see feedback from our clients. We are fully accredited, and you can find us listed under 'Carpet Cleaners' 'Leather Cleaning Repairs and Restoration' and 'Upholstery Cleaners' on the Referenceline website.
