CARPET CLEANING.

This is a high performance Hot Water Extraction clean, comprising; 

                                          Pre-vacuum

                                          Pre-spotting of difficult to remove spots/stains

                                          Pre-spray with cleaning solution

                                          Agitation of carpet

                                          Hot Water Extraction of cleaning residue

                                          Grooming of carpet pile

                                          Turbo drying with air movers (whilst on premises).

Drying times are normally 1 to 3 hours, and we would usually clean all the carpets in a property at once, helping to keep prices down. However, we recognize the fact that not all carpets will require deep cleaning at the same time. We can deep clean carpets in individual rooms, either when performing a general clean or at any other time. However, the costs are higher per room than for cleaning all the carpets in a property due to set up time for the equipment.

We can also perform a low cost, single process carpet clean for those carpets which just require a freshen up. This is ideal as a mid-term "Boost" to the tennants vacuum cleaning to help keep the carpets in good condition, and ensure wear and tear is kept to a minimum.
 

GENERAL CLEAN.

The general clean includes the following;

Ceilings / Light Fittings.          Dust/sweep

Walls / Doors / Skirting / Switches / Sockets / Architraves etc              Dust/sweep plus damp wipe/degrease to remove finger marks, soiling etc. where required

Radiators                       Dust, damp wipe, vacuum clean behind

Hard Floors                    Dust mop / damp mop to remove light soiling

Carpets                         Vacuum clean

Cupboards / Wardrobes / Shelving etc        Dust inside and out. Damp wipe / degrease where required

Windows / Sills & Frames,                        Clean glass, dust / damp wipe sills and frames

Bathrooms                     Clean, de-scale, remove mould from and polish; Sink, bath, toilet, shower screen, taps, tiles and other fixtures and fittings. (Note; complete removal of limescale and mould may not always be possible.)

Kitchens                           Damp wipe / degrease kitchen units, worktops, small domestic appliances (eg toaster/ kettle ) Clean, de-scale remove mould from and polish sink, taps, splashback and tiles. (Note; complete removal of limescale and mould may not always be possible.)

                                       Damp wipe major electrical appliances such as cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. (Note; deep cleaning of these items comes under Specialist   Cleaning - please contact us for details).

Curtains / Blinds / Upholstery     Vacuum clean / dust(Note; deep cleaning of these items comes under Specialist Upholstery & Curtain Cleaning - please see our Domestic Clients page for more details)

 HARD FLOOR DEEP CLEANING & POLISHING

If hard floors require more thorough cleaning than mopping, we can provide a hard floor deep cleaning  and polishing service.

We rotary scrub the hard floor with an appropriate pad or brush to remove ground in soiling, old and damaged polish, and oily / greasy stains, rinse extract the cleaning residue, and dry the floor. Depending on the flooring we can then apply a protective finish to some hard floors to prolong the appearance and life of the floor covering, if required.

This process can be applied to;      Marble, Stone, Terrazzo, Ceramic tiles, Quarry tiles, Vinyl, Linoleum, Marmoleum, Rubber, Wood, Laminates, etc. Prices depend on area, flooring type, and the finish required. Please contact us for details.

SPECIALIST CLEANING

Under specialist cleaning, we include Upholstery, Curtain and Blind cleaning,and deep cleaning of major appliances including fridges, freezers, washing machines and dish washers, and steam cleaning of cookers and extractor fans. Please contact us for details and prices.
