Because we are using cleaning products and commercial cleaning equipment in your home, it is a sensible precaution to secure pets away from the cleaning areas if they may become alarmed or distressed.
Also, most of our equipment remains outside the house, or even in the van, so it is often necessary to have a door open for cables and hoses to enter the house. If pets may escape they should be secured.
We would also ask that children are kept away from the areas we are working in to ensure their health and safety. We realise they may be curious, but safety is our primary concern.
