Do you mean safe for your family and pets, or safe for your carpets and upholstery? The answer to both is YES, but in different ways.
All the cleaning products we use are safe for your family and pets when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We are fully trained and only use products from reputable companies. The cleaning products we use are, whenever possible, environmentally responsible, and our final process during wet cleaning is always a clean water rinse to remove any product residues from the items we are cleaning.
For carpets and upholstery, we pretest for dye stability before we clean and use the least aggressive products we can to produce the desired results. When dealing with wool, we only use woolsafe approved products.
