We are a local, family run business, based on the outskirts of Norwich, not a faceless national company, so you will always get Glyn on the telephone, and the best customer service possible.

We can often give a quote over the telephone, subject to survey, and when we arrive at your home we will perform a survey on the items you require cleaning, and confirm the quote before we begin. All our quotes are fully inclusive, with no hidden extra charges. If you decide you require extra items cleaned while we are at your home, we can give you an on the spot quote.

We also do discounts for complete house cleans, and multiple items (eg 3 piece suite and lounge carpet). Please call us for details.

CARPETS.

We offer three different levels of clean for carpets, depending on carpet type, construction, level of soiling, and customer preference.

The BASIC CLEAN is exactly what it says - basic!.

A cheap option to freshen up high traffic areas between proper cleans, this single process clean is ideal for people with lots of messy pets and children who need a regular "boost" to their own cleaning schedule. Every 3 or 4 months we will get rid of what your vacuum cleaner can't cope with! We would normally only recommend this level of clean for maintenance, once the carpet has been deep cleaned using our PREFERED SERVICE or HIGH PROFILE CLEAN (see below).

The PREFERED SERVICE clean is what most of our clients prefer!

A deep clean, using a 6 stage cleaning process. The carpets are prevacuumed, treated for spots and stains, presprayed, agitated, extraction rinsed, and groomed. Phew! Edges are hand finished where required, and we move and replace the furniture for you (within reason!). This level cleans right to the base of the pile, revitalising the look and feel of the carpet, removing pollutants, soil, dust mites and their faeces, odour causing bacteria, and all the other nastiest lurking down there!

The HIGH PROFILE clean is to tackle those tricky problems.

Whether this means a carpet which can't be Hot Water Extraction cleaned, lots of difficult to remove stains or soiling, or even problems such as carpet moths or pet fleas, we will provide a solution to the cleaning problem.

Under this level of clean we also offer services such as the application of stain repellants, fire retardants, and dust mite treatments where appropriate following the Preferred Clean. However, don't be surprised if we tell you you don't need these products! Not everyone does, and we are honest with all our customers. Unlike some of our competitors, if we don't think it will benefit you, we won't recommend you spend money on it!

UPHOLSTERY

For LEATHER UPHOLSTERY, we can clean and condition it for you, and can provide you with a kit to keep it looking fantastic. If it has seen better days, we can also repair and restore the leather. From light cracking due to lack of maintenance, through cat scratches on the edges, to an accident with a stanley knife when unwrappping your new sofa (yes, it does happen - and more often than you might think!), we can repair them all for a fraction of the cost of recovering.

For FABRIC UPHOLSTERY, we offer a range of cleaning methods depending on the fabric type and level of soiling. We can Hot Water Extraction clean most fabrics, giving results you will not believe, and drying times in hours, not days. Water sensitive fabrics may require low moisture cleaning, and specialist fabrics like Rayon can only be dry cleaned. We offer all three methods.

CURTAINS & BLINDS

We always clean curtains where they hang. After all, no-one wants the neighbours peering through the windows for a week! And besides, they can be a devil to get back up. Sort of puts you off taking them to the dry cleaners, doesn't it?

We can wet or dry clean curtains, depending on the type of fabric, and we can also clean vertical, roman and roller blinds too. It's probably best if you wash your nets yourself though!

RUGS

We can clean most rugs very successfully in your home, without the need to take them away. Using similar methods to the carpet cleaning, we can usually produce excellent results. However, some types of rugs contain dyes which are very prone to running, and we can identify these before any damage is done (for example by inappropriate cleaning methods).

HARD FLOORS

OTHER STUFF!

"Other Stuff" we can clean includes just about anything covered in fabric or leather! Mattresses, head boards, dining furniture, and so  the list goes on. Give us a call - if you cant clean it, we probably can!
