Established by Glyn and Maureen Charnock, Chameleon Cleaning is an established and trusted business delivering professional cleaning services for homes and business premises in Norwich and Norfolk.
Service
We aim to provide the highest possible standards of professional cleaning, backed by unrivalled customer service. Honesty, care and pride in our work underpins the service we give to you.
We take the utmost care with your products, ensuring that the cleaning processes we use are appropriate. We are accredited members of the Norfolk Trusted Trader Scheme so we have been checked and approved and you can see feedback from clients.
Bookings
We operate a booking system which gives you a time slot for our arrival accurate to 30 minutes. If we are going to be outside this timeslot we will call to let you know, and make sure you are given a confirmed time of arrival.
Qualifications and Training
We believe we are the most highly trained cleaners in the region.
Glyn is a Member and Director of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA Member No.1766). This means we are properly trained, and carry full treatment risk insurance covering the items we work on. Cleaners who are not NCCA members may not carry such insurance cover.
Norfolk's only Woolsafe Approved Operator, trained specifically in the cleaning of wool and wool rich carpets, Glyn is also a Woolsafe Carpet Inspector, investigating problems and faults with carpets for consumers, insurance companies, carpet suppliers and manufacturers.
For Leather, Glyn has qualifications from the IICRC in Leather Cleaning, and is an LTT Technician for cleaning repair and restoration. He has also trained with Furniture Clinic.
For Stone Masonry and Tile cleaning and Upholstery cleaning IICRC qualifications are held.
Glyn attends at least three new professional training events every year to keep up with the latest developments in cleaning products, equipment and techniques.
